Join us for an informative and important Zoom workshop, "Unexpected Struggles: Preparing for College with Mental Health in Mind." Tailored for graduating seniors, current college students and their parents, and those just starting their journey into the college process. This presentation offers invaluable insights into navigating the leap from high school to college and coping with the challenges that college can bring, while prioritizing mental wellness. Led by Dr. Randi Brown, Psy.D., ABSNP, owner of Comprehensive Academic Coaching Solutions LLC, attendees will discover practical tools and strategies to proactively manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges commonly faced during this transitional phase. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care to ensure a smooth transition into higher education and to aid in achieving a successful and fulfilling college experience.
