Eating a healthy diet can sometimes be hard and not much fun. This program will combine both. In each class, teens will cook easy and healthy snacks replacing the bad ingredients like sugar with healthy alternatives.

We cannot accommodate allergies but recipes will often be gluten free and dairy free.
