Bam! Crack! Dot! Learn the American version of this fascinating ancient game of skill and chance. MahJongg, which is in the Rummy family, is typically played with four people. The game is social, competitive, exciting and addictive. The instructor breaks down the layers of the game into an easy and fun challenge. Loved for generations by all ages, MahJongg is a great way to get together with friends, keep your mind stimulated, improve your memory, and it is lots of fun. Students are required to purchase the current National MahJongg League card ($12 cash only) which will be provided at the first class. Class size is limited.

Instructor: Pamela Suett - I have over 35+ years of experience playing MahJongg and a love of the game passed down from my mother. I would fall asleep at night growing up to the sound of the tiles clicking and the ladies laughing. My extensive business career was spent primarily in non-profit education. My most recent position was as the Director of Recruitment at a Westchester graduate school where I was the main liaison/support for prospective and new students (information sessions, campus tours, new student orientations, etc.). I now want to spread the joy of playing MahJongg and continue doing what I love - helping others to learn.
